This would be the implementation of a supervisor role solely employed to go for supervision of our cleaners. Their role would be to carry out spot checks & to manage the cleaners daily to make sure again, we are keeping up high standards and maintaining a safe and clean environment for staff. They would liaise with cleaners and be the first point of contact to overcome and issues or needs the clients would need. They would also facilitate the stock ordering.
Each site will have their own cleaners who would be:
• Health and Safety trained
• Covid Awareness Trained
• Enhanced DBS checked
This would be the facilitation of their cleaning and janitorial; needs at each site. Making sure we are keeping up our high standards and creating a clean and safe environment for staff and clients that us as a company demand.
